Brainspotting can be highly beneficial with most people- low mood/Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, stress, grief and Chronic Pain.

Whilst it seems a simple technique, Brainspotting has resulted in rapid and pronounced initial responses, causing direct therapeutic benefits in nearly all clients I have used it with. Clients who will not respond to Brainspotting are recognised within the first session, but will still benefit from other empirically validated treatments (CBT & EMDR).
